Dillon's golf story began at just three years old when he received his first set of clubs for Christmas. He developed into a standout junior golfer, earned a Division I scholarship offer, and after several years as a successful business owner, found his way back to the game he loved. That journey eventually led him to become one of the very first caddies at Cabot Citrus Farms during preview play in 2024. His performance quickly earned him a coveted invitation to Cabot Cape Breton, where he now loops at the world-famous Cabot Links and Cabot Cliffs each summer.
What separates Dillon is his ability to simplify golf. His coaching style combines blunt humor with practical course management, helping golfers make confident decisions without overwhelming them with unnecessary information. Whether it's teaching a creative bunker shot with a 9-iron or choosing the smartest target off the tee, Dillon's focus is always on giving players solutions they can actually execute.
We're especially excited because Dillon is already hard at work creating CaddyTips® Playing Guides for Cabot Citrus Farms and Cabot Cliffs. Dillon's caddying career continues to take him around the world, with an upcoming year-long opportunity at the prestigious Tara Iti and Te Arai in New Zealand. His goal is simple: continue looping at the world's greatest golf courses while helping golfers play smarter along the way.
