Here is a snippet from the Seascape Golf Course CaddyTips®

Hole 1 - DOG LEG RIGHT · DOWNHILL
Downhill kick — 220 yds is plenty off the tee

Par 4 - 369 / 351 / 334 yds.

Tee Shot
Welcome to Locke's 1926 layout. Ideal target: CENTER fairway — and you only need a 220-yd shot from Blue (200 Gold / 185 Red). Critical: the fairway SLOPES SEVERELY DOWNHILL and RIGHT-TO-LEFT at the 150-yd marker — shots past it can ROLL an EXTRA 50 yds. Where to miss: right-center; the slope kicks balls back. Avoid: any push deep-right past the slope; the homes on the ridge are OB territory. Use the GREEN FENCED AREA in the distance as your sight line. The downhill is your friend —don't fight it with an extra club. Low handicap: 4-iron or hybrid, controlled 220. Mid handicap: 5/7 wood or hybrid at the green fence. High handicap: 3-wood or hybrid down the middle. CaddyTips® always recommends that the last couple of swings you take on the driving range should be practicing this tee shot and visualizing your success.
