Tee Shot
Ghost Creek comes at you quickly with a front nine that will test every part of your game. Make sure to allow yourself plenty of time to warm up on the range and putting green, as you will want to be ready to go out of the gate. And before you tee off, CaddyTips® recommends that you go check the pin placements on the 9th and 18th greens located near the clubhouse. This will help you visualize your approach shots and set you up for success.

Bob Cupp starts you off on the "easiest" hole on the front nine (#9 handicap) with a very wide fairway. There are two fairway bunkers that are reachable in the right rough, so favor the left center of the fairway with your target.

All players: Driver is the ideal club selection here, given the wide fairway. But if you are not confident in your driver, select a club that will find the fairway and build some early momentum. Also note that this hole normally plays into a left-to-right crosswind and can blow your tee shot into the bunkers. So, if the wind is up, the target should be a bit more to the left.
